Affiliate Program

Overview

The Proxy-Hub Affiliate Program allows partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our proxy services. Affiliates receive a unique referral link to track signups and purchases made through their promotion.

This program is designed to reward affiliates for driving new sales to Proxy-Hub.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a one-time commission based on the first successful payment made by a referred customer:

• 5% Commission – Static Residential Proxies

• 10% Commission – All other Proxy-Hub services (including Datacenter proxies)

Commissions are calculated based on the net payment received from the customer (excluding taxes, refunds, and fees).

There are no recurring commissions. Affiliates are paid only on the customer’s initial qualifying purchase.

Tracking & Attribution

• Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.

• Referrals are tracked through our internal tracking system.

• A referral must complete their purchase through the affiliate’s tracking link to qualify.

• Proxy-Hub reserves the right to determine final attribution in case of tracking discrepancies.

Payout Terms

• Commissions are approved after successful payment verification.

• A minimum payout threshold may apply of $25 USD.

• Payments are issued on a scheduled basis (e.g., monthly).

• Affiliates must provide accurate payment details.

• Applicable transaction fees may be deducted from payouts.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages

• Making false claims about Proxy-Hub services

• Bidding on Proxy-Hub brand terms in paid advertising without written permission

• Engaging in fraudulent activity

• Referring themselves or creating fake accounts to earn commissions

Violations may result in commission cancellation and immediate termination from the program.

Commission Reversal

Commissions may be reversed if:

• A refund is issued

• A chargeback occurs

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

• The transaction is canceled

Proxy-Hub reserves the right to review and audit affiliate accounts at any time.

Program Changes

Proxy-Hub reserves the right to modify:

• Commission percentages

• Program structure

• Payout terms

• Affiliate eligibility requirements

Affiliates will be notified of major changes when applicable.

Termination

Proxy-Hub may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for policy violations. Upon termination:

• Valid, unpaid commissions may be paid

• Fraudulent or invalid commissions will be voided

• Referral links will be disabled

By joining the Proxy-Hub Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this policy and all related terms.
